Roger Fitch, OD, FCSO

Dr. Roger Fitch has practiced optometry in Peoria, IL since 1976. Throughout his career, he has both studied and practiced behavioral optometry and Syntonics, and began offering in-office vision therapy since 2003.  In 2017, Dr. Fitch brought NeuroVisual Medicine to Illinois and has incorporated his NeuroVisual Techniques into his Vision Therapy practice to help patients who suffer from Binocular Vision Dysfunction.

Les Alsterlund, OD, FCOVD

NeuroVisual Specialist & Behavioral Optometrist

Dr. Les Alsterlund has been practicing Vision Therapy since 1999 after graduating from the Illinois College of Optometry.  In 2003, he opened his practice and in 2007 Dr. Alsterlund became board certified by the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.  Since training in NeuroVisual Medicine in 2020, Dr. Alsterlund has successfully treated many patients with Binocular Vision Dysfunction.  NeuroVisual Medicine has become instrumental in resolving many of his previously unresolvable patients.

Debby Feinberg, OD, FAAO

Dr. Debby Feinberg began practicing Optometry in 1983 in Michigan.  Since 1995 Dr. Feinberg has been developing the field of NeuroVisual Medicine through clinical research and development, and has gone on to treat over 15,000 patients with Binocular Vision Dysfunction.  In 2011, the NeuroVisual Medicine Institute was founded to teach and train optometrists from around the world to do this life changing work – since then +30 optometrists have come to train with her and embark on new paths as NeuroVisual Medicine Specialists.
